Advanced Energy Solutions sells, installs, & educates about Renewable Energy which saves you money & helps you produce your own electricity with energy efficiency, solar, wind & micro-hydro power. We sell, install, & educate about energy efficiency, energy conservancy,
renewable energy (including but not limited to: solar (both photovoltaic
(PV), passive & active hot water & air systems), micro-hydro
& wind, steam (solar and/or biomass produced), and some human &
animal powered equipment. To accomplish these objectives we will continue promoting/teaching
Renewable Energy through educational workshops, classes, the weekly
radio show, newspaper column, the resource section on our website, trade
articles, energy & earth day fairs, & the annual National Tour
of Solar Buildings.

system quote 4. Renewable phone technical help- 1st 15min free on two calls $40/hour
after 5. Renewable energy system install- general labor $10/hr, specialty
labor $17 to 20/hour, electrician $42/hr. 6. Renewable energy technical help- $17/hr at site plus travel at 0.36
cents/mile. 7. Micro system lease/rental- we can power a small band with one of
these systems
Our large volume purchasing from over 50 manufacturers means lower prices to our customers. We try to keep our prices as low as possible and still offer good service and keep our business afloat.. If you see a lower price advertised somewhere else, please call; we want your feedback and your business. We will be able to answer all of your questions about the products we sell, or we will get the answers from the manufacturers. Since we live and work using these products, we have the experience to guide you in the right direction.
Advanced Energy Solutions is in business in Southern Illinois, in the middle of the Shawnee National Forest. We sell solar, wind and water power-generation systems and ship them around the world. Our environmental and recycling objectives are in keeping with the wider objectives of Advanced Energy Solutions, to provide long-term, sustainable, responsible means for off-the-grid power production. We maintain recycling of food-grade plastic, aluminum, glass, kitchen waste (in a composter), cardboard, newspaper, office paper, and glossy paper, and devote clearly defined sections of our building to sorting and storage areas for these materials. Our packing materials are cardboard boxes, foam, and paper that we reclaim from merchandise shipped to us. It's practical to send most items to retail customers, who have little reuse opportunity for foam peanuts, cushioned with cardboard and paper. When foam peanuts must be used, because of an item's extreme fragility, it should be noted : Recycling Reduces Waste, Saves Energy, Protects Resources This box and packaging materials are not new. We reuse the shipping materials that we receive in freight in order to preserve resources and protect the environment. Styrofoam and plastic packaging materials are made from petroleum (a non-renewable resource), and are not biodegradable. Styrofoam also contains ozone-destroying CFCs which it releases to the atmosphere when burned or dumped. Please reuse these materials or pass them along instead of discarding them. Thank you for your consideration of the environment. We gather packing materials and shipping cartons from other local businesses, clean and reuse them for our orders. Our catalogs are printed on recycled paper with soy-based ink. Extra paper produced and not needed, as well as envelopes from incoming mail, are made into note-paper pads. The computer that is used for international communication has a direct data connection that allows the use of paperless e-mail and faxing, and whenever possible the more wasteful methods of communicating are being replaced by it.
